Notice that, now that we have physically "met" Mike (one-armed Mike from the
dream, whether or not that's his actual name), the young Mike who's Bobby's
friend was nowhere to be seen this past week.  (In fact, I don't recall seeing
him since the funeral.)  Bobby is still around, and we haven't yet met "Killer
Bob" in the flesh.

Probably nothing, but just interesting enough to irk...
