I knew it.

Last week while we were watching Twin Peaks downstairs I noticed that the
Asian man looks more Japanese than Chinese, which I assume he would be if he
were from Hong Kong.

I was watching the tape today and there it is in the credits --
Asian Man:  Mak Nakano.  Japanese it is.

So I was thinking... if we have a reference to "The Third Man", why not
"The Yakuza"?
