Sorry that I hold TP to a slightly higher standard than Dallas.  Besides, the
only way Ben could be Laura's father would be if Laura didn't know.  Remember?
"My father killed me."  

It may be a soap, but that doesn't mean it has to make use of all of the soap
cliches.
