Subject: Johnny Horne and the arrow in Next Week's Spoilers

A friend pointed out to me they may have brought Johnny Horne back for a 
reason.  He was shown in the last episode shooting rubber-tipped arrows at
`buffalo'.

Is he the person responsible for pointing the arrow in the Spoilers at some
unknown person?
