I assume when he said 'meet,' he meant lining up, paralleling,
or even ECLIPSING the other from earth's perspective (My idea
on the *Black Box* which was downplayed).
On the Contrary, it is very rare that planets are in synch;
due to their distances from the sun (i.e. Saturn moves faster than
Jupiter limiting the chance of them being in synch).
